Piercing ID requirements for minors
The minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We must have physical IDs present and can not accept digital ID's or photos of ID's.
- Parent or Guardians Photo ID.
- Minors Photo ID.
- Original or certified copy of the minors Birth Certificate must be present.
If the names on the Birth Certificate do not match the adult and minor we will need the legal paperwork showing legal guardianship.
Acceptable photo IDs for those under 18 are:
License
Passport
State issued ID card
Recent school ID
Ident-a-Kid card

Please remember to bring a valid, non expired, state/government ID with you, as it is required for all services. We can not accept digital ID's or photos of ID's.
